The photograph shows Jack Ruby (encircled in blue) assasinating Lee Harvey Oswald(encircled in red) on November 24,1963 while he was about to be taken to the Dallas County Jail. Lee Harvey Oswald had assasinated the US president John F Kennedy two days ago.
