The image is of The Longhorn Bar and Saloon located at Whistler,BC,Canada. (the image has been taken from the website of the bar).Microsoft Vista was developed under the project named "Longhorn".This is where the project got it's name.

Not to mention,Microsoft XP was deveolped under the codename "Whistler"
